Quotes and pricing. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the property condition differs significantly from what was described.

Scheduling and cancellation. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us in advance. We ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust our team’s route.

Communications. By submitting our contact form you agree to be contacted by phone, email or text about your request. Text messaging is optional and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
